Mudroom Built Ins

The mudroom in our house was previously set up as the laundry room, which did not suit our needs. We decided that adding in  nice big built ins would give us plenty of storage, as well as give us a nicer space as you enter the house. These mudroom built ins feature:

• two pull out shoe drawers, holding over 20 pairs of shoes
• two drawers for storing larger items, such as dog food
• double doors with three adjustable shelves
• 6 coat hooks made from old railroad ties
• a floating open shelf holding three 14″ baskets
• an eight foot long bench top

We went through about 6 different designs before deciding on this one, and couldn’t be happier with all the additional storage space we ended up with.
